We will provide our standard tracked delivery service free of charge. See below for details of our Standard Tracked Delivery service.

Please note, however, some exclusions do apply where delivery surchages are normally raised due to location* and larger size orders*. In these cases £3.95 (standard delivery charge) will be deducted from the total delivery cost. You will be contacted with the amended delivery cost prior to despatch of your order.

* NB:  For locations including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands of Scotland that have orders that will exceed the Royal Mail Packet Post maximum parcel dimensions or weight restrictions.

 

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery from date of order. Normally, your order will be DISPATCHED within 2 working days, subject to item availability, although we try our best to dispatch on the date of receipt, providing your order is received before 3pm. We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for all UK postal addresses.

We also offer the Royal Mail "Safeplace" delivery option which allows you to specify a safe place for the postman to leave your order if you are not in to receive it. Safeplace options can be specified during the checkout process for your convenience, but are left at the customers own risk.

Please note that If the postman is unable to deliver your order due to it being too large to go through the letterbox or due to no "safeplace" being specified, your package will be taken back to your local Royal Mail sorting office where it can be collected. Take the "While you were out" card left by the postman and some ID to the sorting office and you will be given your package. If you did not receive a card please call us on 01395 233 860 for the Royal Mail package reference number.

 

Guaranteed 48 Hour UK Delivery (£6.95) * Safe Place Option available.

Guaranteed 48 Hour UK delivery is available (including Saturday) for orders placed before 3.00pm on Friday. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all 48 Hour deliveries.

No Guaranteed 48 Hour UK deliveries can be processed over weekends for Tuesday delivery as the distribution department is closed.

Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery (£9.95) *Signature required

Guaranteed next working day UK delivery (including Friday orders for Saturday delivery) is available for orders placed before 1.00pm the previous working day.

We will do our best to process orders received online AFTER 1pm, however, we CANNOT GUARANTEE this and it is advisable to phone us on 01395 233 860 to check whether this can be done. We use Parcelforce Express am Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day orders. These are guaranteed to be delivered before 2pm the next day, Monday - Friday only and a signature is required on receipt.

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on Friday before 1pm. For this we use Royal Mail " Special Delivery" for delivery by 2pm on Saturday. This service is available for residential addresses only and not Business addresses. A signature is required on receipt.

No Guaranteed Next Day orders can be processed on Saturdays or Sundays for Monday delivery as the offices are closed.

Where possible, we will provide you with delivery notification by email.

No Guaranteed next day orders can be processed on a Bank Holiday. They will be processed & dispatched on the next working day, for delivery before 2pm the working day after.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • We are fully compliant with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
  • You are responsible for taking care of goods received whilst in your possession.
  • Any item received in sealed packaging must not be opened unless you intend to keep it.
  • It must be in the original condition and with all the original manufacturer packaging and accessories included where applicable. Any item to be returned must be in a re-saleable condition without having been damaged, worn or used in any way
  • The manufacturer picture header card must be returned with no damage or tears and must come back with the goods
  • For hygiene reasons wigs, tights and jewellery cannot be returned for a refund unless still sealed (unopened) in their original packaging
  • When you return an item, please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for return.
  • You are responsible for any returned goods. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please obtain and keep the Post Office receipt as this proof of postage may be required at a later date
  • We regret that any guaranteed, express or courier delivery charges cannot be refunded if an item is returned, unless the item was faulty originally  
  • We will try to refund you as quickly as possible and process the refund within 7-14 working days of receiving your return. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • If any goods are returned which do not adhere to our Terms and Conditions we will contact you to discuss further.
  • Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund can be issued. If a replacement is needed in a hurry we strongly recommend you place a new order and send the original item back as soon as possible for a refund.
  • Any faults or damage in transits should be notified to us in writing preferably at the time of receipt. As a consumer you have 30 days in which to notify us from the date of receipt. The item must not be used or worn in that time if a refund is required.
